On the morning of July 9, 2020, China Clean Transportation Partnership (CCTP) and Innovation Center for Energy and Transportation, Best-EV Project team held an online salon seminar ---- Discussion on the Prospects of Battery-Swapping Mode in Public and Private Sectors. More than 20 experts, scholars and practitioners from 17 institutes participated in this meeting to discuss the issues and development of the electric vehicle battery-swapping mode.
Based on the operation data of electric logistics vehicle in 2018 and 2019, the research analyzed current situation and trend through interview of local enterprises and experts in Shenzhen by big data. Some advices are given based on the research. Six research reports are conducted as follows:

You must be quite familiar with " transportation from road to railway ", which is a buzzword in the field of transportation oil-saving and emission reduction in the past two years. As the name suggests, the idea is to shift a certain percentage of freight from road to rail (or waterway), for purpose of achieving oil-saving and emission reduction.
The question is: Can measure “transportation from road to railway” help oil-saving and emission-reduction?
In order to answer this question, we take the transportation of mineral in Tangshan port as an example, drawing some interesting conclusion based on the quantitative research.
With “Era of subsidy” for NEVs coming to end, focus should gradually be shifted from encouragement to purchase NEVs to traffic demand management measures, such as setting up low-emission zone, in order to encourage consumers to use NEVs more actively.
